AllVibe (the website at allvibe.app and the AllVibe apps) is run by Tournaman Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Austin, Texas (“AllVibe”, “we”, “us”). AllVibe is where you grade packs of seven things into tier lists, share your takes and see how you match with other people. By creating an account or using AllVibe you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use AllVibe.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it.
You can sign up with an email and password, with Apple, or with Google. Keep your sign-in safe — you're responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account. Don't pretend to be someone else, and don't take a username just to hold it or to mislead people. We may reclaim a username that impersonates someone or isn't being used.
A pack is a title, seven cards and its own tier words (S to F). When you grade a pack, your grades become your table. Each table has its own page, its own comments and its own link.
Grades are permanent. Once you post a table, you can't change or delete its grades. That's what makes the match between people mean something. What you can always change is who sees them: everyone, friends, a club, certain people, or only you — and whether people have to grade first before they see yours.
Messages are private between the people in the chat. A pack sent in a chat stays sealed until both of you have graded it. Clubs are run by the people who start them; a club owner decides who joins and can remove members. Tier List Live rooms are public sessions where a group grades together; what you say and do in a room can be seen by everyone in it and in its recap.
What you post — packs, tables, comments, messages, reactions, photos and anything else — is yours. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, show and share it as part of AllVibe, following the visibility you chose (for example on your profile, in feeds, in chats, in clubs, in link previews and in share images). The license ends when your content is removed, except where others have already engaged with it (see “Deleting your account” below) or we need to keep it by law.
You promise you have the right to post what you post, and that it follows these terms.
AllVibe has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don't post or send:
Don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around AllVibe's security, and don't use bots to post, grade or react.
Report and block. Every post, table, comment and profile has a Report option, and you can block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules — sometimes without warning.
Card titles and pictures come from public sources such as TMDB, Spotify, AniList, IGDB, Comic Vine, Open Library, TheSportsDB, Wikimedia and YouTube, or are added by users. Names, artwork and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only so you know what you're grading. Nothing on AllVibe means a rights owner endorses AllVibe or anyone's take. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Copyright concerns: email hello@allvibe.app with what the work is, where it appears on AllVibe, and how to reach you. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Some features use AI — for example, suggesting cards for a pack title or ideas for new packs. AI suggestions can be wrong or odd; you choose what to use. We send the text needed for the suggestion (like a pack title) to our AI provider; see the Privacy Policy.
Vibes are a virtual currency used inside AllVibe, mainly in Tier List Live rooms. You buy Vibes on our website; payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see your full card number. Vibes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred outside the ways AllVibe offers. All Vibes purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us.
Some people can earn money from Live rooms they host. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect, require a Stripe account in good standing and are subject to Stripe's terms. You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn. Earnings tied to fraud, refunds, chargebacks or rule-breaking can be withheld or reversed.
We can change prices, Vibes features and payout rules; changes apply going forward.
With your permission, the app sends push notifications — for example when someone grades your pack, messages you or replies to you. You can turn them off anytime in your phone's settings. We also send account emails (like sign-in and security messages).
You can delete your account anytime: your profile → Edit profile → Delete account. Your profile, private messages and the things nobody else interacted with are deleted. Things other people built on stay, but without your name — for example a pack other people graded, or a comment that has replies. Hosts with unpaid earnings need to cash out first. We may also suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
We work hard to keep AllVibe running and safe, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Takes on AllVibe are users' opinions, not ours. We may change, pause or end features at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, AllVibe and its people aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to cover AllVibe against claims that come from content you posted or from you breaking these terms or the law.
If you got AllVibe from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and Tournaman Inc. — not Apple or Google. Apple and Google aren't responsible for AllVibe or its content, have no obligation to provide support for it, and aren't responsible for any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You also agree to the store's own terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there instead. Before going to court, please email us — most things can be fixed quickly.
We may update these terms as AllVibe grows. If a change is important, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using AllVibe after that means you accept the new terms.
