Terms & Conditions

You need an account to post. You can sign up with an email and password or with Google. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One person per account; don't impersonate others or squat handles.

Everything you post — grades, reasons, challenges, counters, reactions, photos you upload and items you add — is yours. By posting it you give AllVibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it as part of the service (for example on your profile, on other people's screens, in trades and in share images), for as long as it's on AllVibe.

Most of what you post is public by design: cards, reasons and debates can be seen by anyone unless your profile is set to private. Trades are visible only to the two people in them.

Grades are part of a collective record. When you grade a shared item (a movie, a show, a song…), your grade joins that item's tally and other people react to it, challenge it and pass it around — so a grade on a shared item can be removed only while nobody has engaged with it yet; once people have reacted to or debated it, it can be archived(hidden from everyone but you, forever if you like) but not deleted, because deleting it would erase other people's reactions and debates along with yours. Items you created yourself (photos and other freeform cards) are fully deletable — deleting one removes the card, the item and the uploaded image for good.

Taste is a fight — people aren't. Don't use AllVibe to:

· harass, threaten or degrade people (challenge the take, not the person)
· post illegal content, hate speech or sexual content involving minors
· spam, scrape at scale, or manipulate likes, follows or boards
· upload content you don't have the right to share
· attempt to break, probe or overload the service

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion, with or without notice.

Item details (titles, posters, artwork, metadata) come from third-party sources including TMDB, Spotify, Last.fm, AniList, Comic Vine, IGDB and YouTube. That data belongs to its respective owners and is used to identify the things you grade.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Some features (like reason suggestions) are generated with AI. They are suggestions, not facts — what you post is your responsibility, even if a machine helped you phrase it.

Vibes (⚡) are a virtual credit you can buy in bundles and spend on entertainment features inside live sessions — things like super votes, freezes, rescues and pinned takes. Payments are processed by Stripe; you must be an adult (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to make purchases.

Vibes are one-way: they have no monetary value, are not transferable, and can never be exchanged back into money. Paid features are visible drama inside a session — they never change an item's official scores outside that session, and buying them never buys a chance to win money or prizes.

Refunds: Vibes you have bought but not spent are refundable on request at hello@allvibe.app. Spent Vibes are final. If we cancel a paid session, amounts paid into it are returned to your wallet. Per-session spending limits apply, and prices, bundles and limits may change over time.

Session hosts may earn a share of Vibes spent in their rooms, paid out under separate host terms when host payout accounts launch.

Live sessions are shared rooms. What you do in one — votes, why's, reactions, items you add — is visible to everyone in the room, and rooms are generally public. Ended rooms remain viewable as their sealed result, and sessions can be replayed and exported as recap videos by their participants.

Session votes are entertainment inside that room only — they are never counted into an item's global record. Hosts run their rooms: they curate the item pool, approve or reject suggestions, and can remove disruptive participants. We may end or cancel sessions when necessary; anything paid into a session we cancel is returned to your wallet.

AllVibe is young and evolving. Features may change, break or be removed. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllVibe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using AllVibe at any time and request deletion of your account (see the Privacy Policy). Account deletion removes your identity — name, handle, avatar, bio — and your written reasons and challenges. Where other people have engaged with your cards, the grade itself may remain as an anonymous data point in the item's tally, with your words removed and nothing linking it to you, so other people's reactions and debates aren't destroyed by your departure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change is significant we'll surface it in the app. Continuing to use AllVibe after a change means you accept the new terms.
