Privacy Policy

Account data — your email, your @username, an optional display name, an optional avatar you upload, and your password (stored only as a secure hash by our auth provider). If you sign in with Google we receive your email and name from Google; we do not import your Google photo.

Content you create — taste cards (grades), reasons, challenges and counters, likes, reactions, trades, follows, crowd memberships and profile love.

Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and debugging. We use cookies only to keep you signed in — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

AllVibe is a public taste platform. Your profile, @username, display name, avatar, crowds, taste cards, reasons and debates are visible to anyone unless you set your profile to private (then cards and reasons are visible only to people you follow). Your email is never public. Trades are private between the two participants.

To run the product: showing your cards, powering search, boards, notifications and trades; keeping you signed in; preventing abuse; and fixing bugs. If you use AI reason suggestions, the item's title and your chosen tier are sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions — never your personal details.

We run on a small set of processors: Supabase (database, auth, file storage), Vercel (hosting and logs), Google (only if you choose Google sign-in) and Anthropic (only for AI reason suggestions). Item metadata is fetched from TMDB, Spotify, Last.fm, AniList, Comic Vine, IGDB and YouTube — those requests are about the items, not about you.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run ads.

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete individual cards and challenges in the app at any time. To delete your entire account and its content, email us and we'll remove it within 30 days. Some minimal records (like server logs) expire on their own schedule.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email us and we'll make it happen — no forms, no dark patterns.

AllVibe is not for children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live). If we learn an account belongs to a child, we'll delete it.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll surface it in the app. The date at the top always tells you when it was last touched.
