Privacy Policy

Your account: your email address, username and password (stored securely by our login provider — we never see it in plain text). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email (Apple may give us a private relay address) and, if you allow it, your name. We don't import your Apple or Google photo.

Your profile: the name, photo and bio you choose to add.

What you do on AllVibe: the packs you start, the tables you grade, your comments, reactions, follows, blocks, club memberships, Live room activity and the reports you file.

Messages: the messages and packs you send in chats. They are stored so you and the other person can see them; we look at them only if someone reports them, to keep people safe, or when the law requires it.

Purchases and payouts: when you buy Vibes, Stripe handles the payment — your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. We keep a record of what you bought and spent. If you host and get paid, Stripe Connect collects the identity and bank details it needs; we only see your payout status.

Your device: if you turn on notifications in the app, we store your device's push token so we can send them. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and time) for security and debugging.

Cookies and storage: we use cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage for things like your theme, drafts and invite links. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no analytics or ad trackers.

Public: your username, name, photo, bio, the packs you start, and tables and comments you post for everyone.

Only who you choose: each table follows the visibility you pick — everyone, friends, a club, certain people, or only you — and can require people to grade first before they see it. Messages are visible only to the people in the chat.

Link previews: when you share a link, apps like iMessage or WhatsApp show a picture of what you shared. A picture never shows grades the visibility setting would hide.

• to run AllVibe: show packs, tables, matches, chats, clubs and Live rooms;
• to send notifications and account emails you've allowed;
• to keep AllVibe safe: review reports, stop spam and abuse, enforce the Terms;
• to process purchases and payouts;
• to power AI features, like suggesting cards for a pack title;
• to fix bugs and improve AllVibe;
• to follow the law.

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

We use a small set of service providers, who handle data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — database, login and file storage;
• Vercel — hosting and server logs;
• Stripe — payments and payouts;
• Anthropic — AI features (we send the text needed, like a pack title — not your messages);
• Resend — account emails;
• Apple and Google — sign-in (if you choose it) and push notifications.

When you search for cards, the search words go to public databases such as TMDB, Spotify, AniList, IGDB, Comic Vine, Open Library, TheSportsDB, Wikimedia and YouTube. Those requests are about the items, not about you.

We may share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the company (this policy would still apply).

We keep your information while your account is open. You can delete your account anytime: your profile → Edit profile → Delete account. That deletes your login, your profile details, your messages (both ways), follows, blocks, club seats, push tokens and everything nobody else interacted with. What others built on stays, but without your name — for example a pack other people graded, a table someone commented under, or a comment that has replies. We keep payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require. Backups roll off on their own schedule.

• edit your profile and change who sees each table anytime;
• turn push notifications off in your phone's settings;
• block people, and report anything that breaks the rules;
• delete your account in the app.

You can also ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@allvibe.app. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have more rights under local law; we honor them and won't treat you differently for using them.

AllVibe is for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete the account. If you think a child under 13 is using AllVibe, email us.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls and trusted providers, but no system is perfectly secure. Your information is stored and processed in the United States.

We'll update this policy as AllVibe changes. If a change is important, we'll tell you in the app or by email. See also our Terms of Service.
